MemoScript is a flashcard and quiz creation platform that allows users to create, store, and study educational content. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using MemoScript. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to harm the service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated tools or bots with malicious intent or to exploit the service
• Exploit the service in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or promotions

6. Fair Use & Service Limits

To ensure quality service for all users, we enforce reasonable usage limits:

• Deck and card limits are defined by your subscription tier
• We may throttle or restrict accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns
• Bulk data exports immediately before requesting a refund may void refund eligibility
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that negatively impact service performance

Normal educational use, even heavy use, is always welcome. These limits target abusive behavior, not legitimate learning.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MemoScript is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
